How to send a message to two recipients from the same company

Each recipient can be registered with a single email. However, it may happen that you have to send messages to two different email accounts of the same recipient.
In that case, it is recommended to register him/her twice with different emails, so that the message can be sent to both mailboxes.

How to import users in a bulk manner

It is possible to import users massively from an Excel file.
The file format has to be XLS or XLSX type, while the Excel document must contain:

• 3 columns;
• each with first name, last name and email;
• there must be no header.

When contacts are loaded from an Excel file, the list of recipients is regularly updated, including any duplicates in it.
Also, each user can also be placed in multiple lists of recipients.
