How to send with senders

To send with senders, you must first have a domain mail (a conventional mail, such as gmail, virgilio or libero, is not compatible). Subsequently, certain DNS records must be set up and updated. In particular:

• an SPF record, in which - if present - the IP addresses of the SMTP servers that are responsible for sending messages are entered;
• ua TXT record, by which a DMARC protocol is configured (sometimes the latter is already set in the domain);
• and a DKIM protocol, that provides for the insertion of a name and a value.

If difficulties are encountered in carrying out these operations, you are invited to hear from your system engineer, or you can contact us to ask for technical assistance on setting DNS records.
As long as these are not set, the sender cannot send correctly.
At the moment, the activation of the sender necessarily implies the sending of a request to support@memomail.cloud. This process, however, is in the process of automation.
