How to assign a multiple value to the same shortcode
Multiple values can be assigned to the same shortcode by entering each value separated by a comma in the appropriate field. This can be useful, for example, if you have a customer with 2 web domains that expire in the same month.
How to import users in a bulk manner
It is possible to import users massively from an Excel file.
The file format has to be XLS or XLSX type, while the Excel document must contain:
- 3 columns;
- each with first name, last name and email;
- there must be no header.
When contacts are loaded from an Excel file, the list of recipients is regularly updated, including any duplicates in it.
Also, each user can also be placed in multiple lists of recipients.
